Classification: Bear Ghost / Mountain Ghost / Town Ghost

Origin: Underworld

Known Witnesses: Myself (537 A.D.)

Massive, spectral-black hounds with jagged spines, lantern coals for eyes, and maws wide enough to take a shoulder joint clean off.

I encountered them on the final battlefield at Stonehenge, summoned or released by Oberon. I do not know how many there were. I saw hundreds. That was more than enough.

One of them killed Vaedra.

Visually, they are partially incorporeal, flickering in and out of the visible spectrum, and their passage leaves singed impressions in the landscape.

I have not seen one since that day. But I have nightmares of them often.
