At 17, Tama has more strength, both physical and spiritual, than people three times his age. Possessing immense physical size and strength, his appearance can be intimidating. However, he is one of the kindest people you will ever meet.
His skills I suspect include a strong resistance to magical manipulation and initiative navigational skills. This is what brought him to my attention. Swept off a fishing boat at 10, he managed to find land and make his way to help. What really caught my attention was his tale of monsters and ladies trying to stop him.
I have been monitoring him ever since.
