Known Aliases: The High King of the Fae, Lord of the Hunt, King Beyond the Mists

Oberon is the current High King of the Fae, a co-ruler of Avalon, and; if the scraps of history, the myth, and my own battle scars are to be trusted; the more hot-headed half of the Faerie monarchy. He is invoked most often in hushed tones and rarely in whispers.
I have not seen him in the flesh. I did catch a glimpse of him, at the end of the world, over the final battlefield at Stonehenge. He did not speak. He did not emerge. But the things that followed, the monsters: Barghests and Gnomes and worse; were sent by him, or through him. One of them killed Vaedra. That was more introduction than I needed.
Atlantean texts paint Oberon as a conqueror, not a keeper. The sort of ruler who sees barriers as challenges, not covenants. His relationship with Titania, magical and martial, is difficult to interpret. By all accounts, she is the stabilizing force. After she broke the seal at Stonehenge, I assume it was with his approval, or at his bidding.
He is known to consort with Puck. “Control” is not a word anyone uses. But the legends agree… they tend to move together, until they don’t.
I have no idea what Oberon wants. I suspect that he will not stop with Stonehenge.
